The only way to obtain available beds from a property is to contact that property and let them know that you would be willing to accept responsibility for those spots.

The best place to start is to look through the staff directory to find the contact information for the area that has the beds on the wait list to drop. Once you get in contact with the area and confirm they still desire to drop their camp spots, a transfer of the spots and the financial responsibility of the spots can be made. You must then call or e-mail the property office directly and tell them of changes you want to make.

The property office will make the transfer once it is confirmed in writing by both areas. The full financial responsibility per this policy is transferred along with the spots.

If an area determines that it cannot use spots they have already committed to, the property should be contacted to place unneeded spots on the wait list to drop. The only way to get on the wait list to drop (and the web site) is by contacting the property directly. You can do this by phone or e-mail.

By default the Camp Reservation System sorts search results in ascending alphabetic order by camp name. To make it easier to find exactly what you are looking for, the system has the capability of resorting these results in many different ways. You can click on any column title that you would like to sort by. Click once to sort ascending and Click again to sort descending.

Numbers are sorted from highest to lowest value. (ascending)
Numbers are sorted from lowest to highest value. (descending)

After you perform a search you are given the option to compare up to three different camp weeks side by side. The side-by-side comparison will allow you to more efficiently browse the information in the Camp Reservation System.

The most powerful way to use the compare button would be to first sort your search results by clicking on the column title of your choice. This will group your results together based on whatever criteria you select. Then you can select up to three weeks to compare by checking the boxes next to the appropriate weeks. Finely, click the "compare" button to view the selected weeks side-by-side.
