Wait list to add - If an area determines that it needs more camp spots for a particular
week, the property should be contacted. If there are no spots available, the area
may submit a request for wait list spots. This request is then posted to the reservations
website. If an area on the wait list is offered spots, and they do not accept them,
then the area will be removed from the wait list to add
Wait list to drop - If an area, after making its R2 deposit (April 1) determines
that it cannot use spots they have committed to, the property should be contacted
to place unneeded spots on the wait list to drop. This request is then posted to
the reservations website. The area is not relieved of financial responsibility for
spots on the wait list until another area agrees to accept the spots.
